The Alumni Office facilitates the release of college yearbooks and Alumni Identification Cards. Kindly refer to the information and images provided below for complete details and guidance on the release process. You may also visit the Alumni Relations Office located at the Bates Building, 2nd Floor, for further assistance.

If you are unable to personally visit the office, you may authorize a representative to claim it on your behalf. Kindly submit an Authorization Letter to our office together with a photocopy of your valid ID and a photocopy of your representative's valid ID.
