DWC-T Elementary Class of 1976 Celebrates Golden Jubilee

The DWC-T Elementary Class of 1976 celebrated a significant milestone as they marked their Golden Jubilee on September 10, 2026.

As part of their celebration, the alumni gathered for a Thanksgiving Mass at the Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit Church, presided over by our very own University President, Fr. Ruel F. Lero, SVD. The Mass served as a meaningful moment of gratitude as the alumni reflected on the blessings, experiences, and relationships they have shared throughout the years.

The celebration provided a meaningful opportunity for the alumni to return to their alma mater, reconnect with former classmates, and give thanks for the memories and friendships that have remained through the years.

Rewind, Reconnect, Reunite: HNU High School Batch 2011 Reunion

The Holy Name University High School Batch 2011 celebrated their reunion on July 25, 2026, beginning with a Thanksgiving Mass at the Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit Church. Following the Mass, the alumni returned to the Junior High School campus for a guided tour, reminiscing about the memories and experiences that shaped their years as students.

The celebration continued in the evening with a fellowship gathering, where they warmly welcomed the teachers who had guided, inspired, and influenced them throughout their academic journey. The occasion was filled with heartfelt conversations, laughter, and renewed connections, reflecting the lasting bond between mentors and students.

More than a reunion, the gathering became a meaningful opportunity to relive cherished memories, reconnect with their alma mater, and celebrate friendships that have remained strong despite the passing of time.

DWCT-HS Batch 1996 Celebrates 30 Years of Friendship and Giving Back

The DWCT-HS Batch 1996 celebrated its 30th anniversary on July 25, 2026, with a meaningful gathering centered on gratitude, reminiscing, and giving back to the community.

The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass at the Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit Church at Holy Name University, followed by a campus tour around the Junior High School building. As they walked through their former school, the alumni looked back on the cherished memories and experiences that shaped their high school years.

Continuing their celebration through service, the batch visited Trinity Angels Care Home Orphanage, where they shared their blessings through donations. They also conducted an outreach program in West Poblacion, Alburquerque, where they gave donations, shared their time and resources, and spent meaningful time with the children and members of the community.

The day concluded with a fellowship night at Bohol Tropics Resort, where the alumni gathered to celebrate three decades of friendship and shared memories. Their former teachers were also invited to the gathering, recognizing the important role they played in guiding and shaping the batch during their high school years.

More than a celebration of 30 years, the reunion was a testament to the lasting friendships formed during their school days and the batch's continued commitment to giving back to the communities that have been part of their journey.

Grand Alumni Homecoming and Reunion of the DWC/HNU Nurses Association July 18–19, 2026

The DWC/HNU Nurses Association successfully held its Grand Alumni Homecoming and Reunion on July 18–19, 2026, bringing together alumni from different batches to celebrate fellowship, gratitude, and their shared commitment to the nursing profession.

The two-day celebration commenced with a Thanksgiving Mass at the Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit Church, followed by a motorcade around the city and a short program at the Fr. Patrick Barder Gymnasium. On the second day, the association conducted a Nursing Career Pathways seminar for Holy Name University nursing students, where alumni shared their professional experiences and inspired future nurses through valuable career insights. The event concluded with a Gala Night at Metrocentre Hotel, providing alumni with the opportunity to reconnect with fellow graduates, reignite their passion for their alma mater and the nursing profession, and reminisce about the memories and experiences that shaped their journey at Holy Name University.

Alumni Reunion Batch 1983 - The Pioneers of Janssen Heights

The pioneering batch of Janssen Heights — the first High School graduates of the university — came together for a meaningful reunion last May 9, 2026, celebrating years of friendship, shared memories, and gratitude.

The gathering began with a Thanksgiving Mass at the Church of the Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit, presided over by their batchmate, Fr. Mario Roberto Rasonabe, SVD. Joining the celebration were their beloved adviser, Ma’am Euphemia Gallares, and fellow batchmate, Sr. Milaluna “Mila” Moralde Arranchado, CM, a religious sister and missionary of the Carmelite Missionaries.

The celebration continued at the Metro Centre Hotel, where classmates reconnected, shared stories, and reflected on the journey that brought them together. The reunion served as a heartfelt reminder that although years may pass, the bond of being the pioneering batch remains strong and lasting.

The Association is also proposing the establishment of an Alumni Global Center, envisioned as a dynamic hub for networking, collaboration, and alumni-driven initiatives. The Center will provide a welcoming environment where alumni from different generations can connect, engage, and cultivate lasting relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the University and its alumni community.

DWCT High School Batch 2001 Celebrates 25th Silver Reunion

The DWCT High School Batch of 2001 celebrated their 25th Silver Reunion on July 18–19, 2026. They began the celebration by returning to their alma mater for a Thanksgiving Mass at the Immaculate Spouse of the Holy Spirit Church, followed by a campus tour of the Junior High School, where they reminisced about the memories they shared as students. The celebration continued with a Gala Night at Dao Diamond Hotel & Restaurant and concluded the following day with fun games and activities that brought the batch together once again.

The reunion reflected the batch's theme, "Different Paths, A Lifetime of Friendship, DosMilUno Forever," celebrating the enduring friendships they have maintained despite taking different paths in life.
