Holy Name University has for its vision the development of servant leaders “called by the Father, missioned by the Divine Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve Bohol and beyond.” True indeed, graduates of HNU (DWCT) are working in all corners of the globe bringing with them the skills, competencies, values, and attitudes which they have acquired partly through the training formation they have acquired from their Alma Mater.

Graduates of HNU are deemed her ”loyal sons and daughters.” They want to come home. They want to be part of their “dear old Holy Name.” They appreciate news and tisbits about their former school and their mentors and friends. They want to get involved in the school's happenings, programs, and directions.

The alumni represent a vast reservoir of resources, which if ably tapped can be a very potent source of strength for the school. Efforts should be made to tap the resources of the group. The school should exert sufficient efforts to solicit the support of various alumni groups.

Furthermore, the school should be perceived by the alumni as an agent for their quest for continuing formation, a place where they can turn to in their quest for improvement of their skills and competencies. Holy Name University should continue to guide them to become better persons who are “servant leaders” in their own respective communities.
