Enrollment Procedure

NEW STUDENTS AND TRANSFEREES
Email Enrollment

  1. Visit the Holy Name University Official Website at https://www.hnu.edu.ph/ and click the ENROLLMENT link.

  2. Download the Student Information Form (SIF) and Data Privacy Agreement from the HNU Website: https://www.hnu.edu.ph/admission/ or click the links below:

  3. Print and fill-out the Student Information Form and sign the Data Privacy Agreement.

  4. Scan or take a photo of each of the following:

    • Accomplished Enrollment Form
    • Signed Data Privacy Agreement
    • Form 138 (with at least 1st – 3rd quarter grades)
    • PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

  5. Email the scan or photos of the documents in Step 3 to registrar@hnu.edu.ph.

  6. You may pay the Registration Fee through any of our alternative payment channels. Click https://www.hnu.edu.ph/partnerbanks/ for more information and guidance on off-campus payments. Email the scan or photo of the proof of payment to payments@hnu.edu.ph.

    You may also pay the Registration Fee within the Prelim Period during the First Semester of AY 2020-2021.

  7. Your enrollment will be acknowledged via the email you used to submit the form and documents. You will also receive your Student ID Number and a Password to your HNUMIS account at https://mis.hnu.edu.ph/.

  8. Email your respective deans for

    and other concerns regarding your enrollment:

  9. Log in to the https://mis.hnu.edu.ph/ using the Student ID Number and Password that you received to enroll offered subjects or those which were advised by your dean.

  10. Once logged in the MIS, click Enrollment on the main menu.

  11. Click the Enroll for 1st Sem AY 2020-2021 button.

  12. Select the subjects to enroll from the displayed Course Offerings.

  13. After selecting your subjects, click Academics on the main menu, then click My Academics from the dropdown menu.

  14. Check if your Class Schedule is complete. Click Download Class Schedule as PDF to keep a copy of your Class Schedule.

  15. Email mis@hnu.edu.ph for concerns regarding your MIS account. Or visit the IRMC Office in the Bates Building.

  16. Submission of other enrollment requirements will be announced later.
